Rajasthan Desert tour

Day 04 - Mandawa – Bikaner:
After breakfast in your hotel leave for the Bikaner on arrival check in hotel, This desert town, with its superb fort, is located in the north of the desert state, popularly called the camel country, Bikaner is renowned for the best riding camels-ship of the desert-in the world. Like many others in Rajasthan, the old city is surrounded by a high crenellated wall and, like Jaisalmer; it was once an important staging post on the great caravan trade routes. The rest of the day is for the local tour of Bikaner.

Day 05 - Bikaner:
Morning after breakfast proceed for a full day tour of Bikaner. Bikaner takes its name from Rao Bhikaji, a descendent of Jodha and also the founder of Jodhpur.Bikaner is famous for its Junagarh Fort, a royal museum that encompasses history of Bikaner from its days of construction dating back to 16th century. Other places of attraction are Lal Garh Palace, old havelis and a couple of notable Jain temples, The Bhandasar and Sandeshwar temple, the Ganga Government museum. The temples have colourful wall paintings and some intricate carving. Evening return back to Hotel and over night stay at the hotel, relish the famous Rajasthani food and music.

Day 06 - Bikaner-Pokaran-Jaisalmer:
After breakfast in your hotel leave for the Jaisalmer enroute pokaran.The first successful nuclear testing was conducted at this place .On arrival check in hotel, Founded by prince Jaisal in 1156, Jaisalmer grew to be a major staging post on the trade route across the forbidding Thar Desert from India to the West, Rising from the heart of the Thar Desert like a golden mirage is the city of Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer is a place that should exist only in the imagination. The rest of the day is for the local tour of Jaisalmer.

Day -07 - Jaisalmer:
Morning after breakfast proceed for a full day tour of Jaisalmer, Nothing else in India is remotely similar to this enchanting city, which has been dubbed the ‘Golden City’ because of the honey coloured imparted to its stone imparted ramparts by the setting sun. Desert fortress that seems to be straight out of the ‘Tales of the Arabian Night’s still enchants. Day -08 - Jaisalmer – Jodhpur:
After breakfast in your hotel leave for the Jodhpur on arrival check in hotel .Jodhpur Set at the edge of Thar Desert, the second-largest city in Rajasthan, Jodhpur was once the capital of the Marwar state. It is the birth place of Tales of Grandeur and Great Heroes. The red stone of Jodhpur, the countless festivities and the exquisite handicrafts flooding the bazaars are a treat to the visitors. Day -09 - Jodhpur:
After breakfast proceed for a full day tour of Jodhpur, starting with the famous Mehrangarh Fort, The 5 kms.long majestic fort on a 125 mts. High hill houses magnificent palaces like the Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal, Sheesh Mahal and the Daulat Khana. This is the most formidable fort in the fort-studded Rajasthan. other major attraction are Umaid Bhawan Palace, which today run as a hotel while a part of it is still retained by the erstwhile royal family. The museum is worth a visit, Jaswant Thada, Girdikot and Sardar Market, Umaid Gardens and Sadar Government Museum, Rohit Fort. Luni Fort is little further away from the city. Day -10 - Jodhpur – Jaipur:

Day -11 - Jaipur:
After breakfast proceed for a full day tour of Jaipur, the vibrant capital of Rajasthan, popularly known as the ‘pink city ‘for the colour of the buildings in its wonderful old city. This buzzing metropolis is certainly a place of wild contrasts and is a feast for the eyes. The city displays a remarkable harmony and architectural splendour. Jaipur follows a grid system and is encircled by a fortified wall. Explore the places of attraction like the famous the city palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds, Govind Devji Temple, Jain Temple, BM Birla planetarium and many more. Day -12 - Jaipur:
Morning after breakfast transfer to airport to board your flight to onward destination.
